Hello,

The LM5046 was designed for 100 V applications due to limitation on the gate drive and VIN pin.

The input voltage range of your design may not make this an option.

Why does your customer want to change from using the UCC28950?

The UCC28951 is a similar device to the UCC28950. Parametrically they are the same there was only slight functional improvements added to the UCC28951.
