TLC6C5712-Q1: OUTx transistor OPEN/SHORT failure detection and report

Hi team,

For FMEA analysis, I would like to know if I can detect OPEN or SHORT failure of OUTx transistors in the device?

And if yes, will it be reported to /ERR pin?

For OUTx transistor SHORT failure, 

Is that detected as LED SHORT to GND failure?

For OUTx transistor OPEN failure,

Is that detected as LED OPEN failure?
