LM2991: Which is the correct package dimensions?

Hello guys,

One of my customers decided to use LM2991S/NOPB for their new products and they are routing board pattern of  the device for their proto type.

Then they found the deference between 2 type of the device package dimension diagrams.

One is the MECHANICAL DATA of KTT0005B in LM2991 datasheet (ver SNVS099I).

Which is the correct mechanical data of LM2991S/NOPB package?

If KTT(R-PSFM-G5) is the correct package dimension, could you please give me the data of LAND PATTERN RECOMMENDATION?

    Hi Kazuya, 

    Thank you for bringing this question. I recommend using the most updated version ,which is the one in the datasheet. Is there a specific dimension that the customer is more concerned about? 

    The dimensions that come in the data sheet look more tight, but they all seem to be close to the ones in TI packaging.

    The Land Pattern that comes in the data sheet will fit both cases, so it can still be used.
