TPS54521: VREF accuracy

Dear Team,

out customer would like to understand the VREF spec of the TPS54521 better.

In the data sheet, we have them at 2 places:

The spec in the table on page 4 is MIN/TYP/MAX for the full temp range of -40...125C.
> Question: Do we have MIN/MAX values for room temperature?

The specs in the graph on page 8 should be TYP for the full temp range.
> Is this correct?

Adding to that: I saw that the graphs are indeed for TYP - at least it says it in the title of the page :)

So I was wondering, it seems that VREF spec is temperature depended. At lower temperature VREF has a lower accuracy - at higher temperature, we have a better accuracy. The latter one is more relevant as they design for 50...60C ambient temperature.

> Do we have any specs for MIN/TYP/MAX specifically for room temperature or at even higher temperatures?

Hi Seeger,

1, in datasheet it provides Vref accuracy at -40 to 125C. we don't have min/max value in room temp.

2, yes, you are right.
