I am interested in the TPS7H5001-SP but i see that is a prototype/experimental device and is not yet avaible for full production. Is there any components with similar characteristics? Could you propose some alternatives?

Hey Davide,

TPS7H5001-SP has more features than many of our other options, but the UC1825B-SP and UC1843B-SP are 100 krad controller options if the TPS7H5001-SP doesn't work for you.

I am looking for a PWM controller that supports synchronous rectification for an Half bridge and that it is tested for TID but also for SEL, SEB and LET. The proposed alternatives seem not to be suitable for this type of application.

Hey Davide,

Those are the only TID/SEE tested controllers that have similar ratings to the TPS7H5001-SP.

We do not have a 100 krad and SEE tested controller that has synchronous rectification other than the TPS7H5001-SP.

Hey Davide,

All information is available at the product folder here: https://www.ti.com/product/TPS7H5001-SP

Radiation and reliability reports are there for both TID and SEE as well as our inventory down in the buy section.

Note as a prototype part not everything is done, (such as HDR) so full QMLV qualification isn't complete.

All reports and datasheet values are tested parameters however.

Hello Daniel,

my company is involved in an high volume production and requires a total of around 2500 parts of this controller in the next few moths. Could TI be able to provide this numbers of TPS7H5001-SP?

Are there estimated dates of the completation of the qualification and full realise of the TPS7H5001-SP?
