Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS22965,
We use TPS22965 (-40+85 ) that support 6A in an application with MAX temp +85°C and theorically can consume up to 6A. This P/N unfortunately is not available until the end 2022. Maybe that P/N TPS22965-Q1 can be supplied by our ditributor but we need to know if can assume that TPS22965-Q1(-40+125) working at maximum + 85°C can have Current Rate of 6A. We imagine that die is the same for both TPS22965 and TPS22965-Q1.
