We have a design using the TPS65381A-Q1. I know that the TPS65381-Q1 is Not Recommended For New Designs. The data sheets look identical. What is the difference between the two devices? What changes should we expect if we use the TPS65381-Q1 on our TPS65381A-Q1 board?

    Hi Edward,

    For current production devices, the non-A and A versions of the device are the same. The non-A device was originally on a different silicon revision but a PCN was issued in 2017 to bring the non-A device up to the same silicon revision as the A version.
