My customer has the questions as follow:
Can you please give us some more detail on the Reference Voltage temp co in the LM2931CMX (SOIC-8)?
The datasheet specifies the reference voltage range over a much wider temperature range of -40 to 125°C and at ambient temp.
We specify a temperature range of 0 to 50 degC for our application and would like some more info so that we can determine the variation in output voltage over this range?
Conditions Vmin Vmax
IO = 10 mA, TJ = 25°C 1.14 1.26
IO ≤ 100 mA, −40°C ≤ Tj ≤ 125°C 1.08 1.32
