Hi Team,

There is a good new that we could DIN LMR33620-Q1!

Regarding the Tj formula, what worst case conditions are considered by the Datasheet? THX
For example: component error, aging, temperature deviation (125) ℃...etc

    Hi Kygo,

    The IC power loss should be estimated with Max Vin and Load current, Webench is good tool for simulation. 

    Theta JA should be estimated on actual board, normally use 30C/W as start point.

    Target Tj should has some margin(at least 10--15C) below 125C Tj max.
