Hi Team,

My customer want to use TPS61175+charge pump to realize 5.5V to -50V@20mA so as to replace LT8364.

Could you provide the reference circuit: TPS61175-Q1 With negative charge pump?

Hi Amelie,

The max output voltage of TPS61175 is 38V. We typically use primary charge pump or cuk to realize negative voltage, and the chip's voltage will be both 50V which is higher than 38V. How about TPS55332 or LM5157 whose output max voltage is higher. These chips also have low side integrated MOS and can be designed refer to reference design below.

Do you mean TPS61175 can't support -50V output?

If using LM5157, it is a little bit waste for -50V@20mA.

Yes, that is what I mean. From my point of view, I cannot find other suitable chips. I will further check it and reply the result when I get updated.
