Thank you for your interest in our MOSFETs.

As the CSD16401Q5 data is not on the TI website I am working to get this corrected ASAP.

if you can not wait for an answer then I suggest you use the CSD16415Q5 which is on the web here: https://www.ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=CSD16415Q5

The only difference in the CSD16401Q5 and the CSD16415Q5 is that the weight of the silicon will be a little less in the CSD16415Q5, apart from that everything else is exactly the same.
