My customers are asking, will the power loss of TPS54329 become larger when temperature increases?

    Hello,

    The conduction loss is dependent on high side and low side FET rdson values. The rdson values increase with increasing temperature. So the conduction loss will increase with higher temperatures. They can get some idea on how this changes using WEBENCH.
