TPS563209: Why the pins of TPS563209DDC are look like oxidized? Even parts are the newest D/C20+&21+.

From leads color, it is a little strange. But not sure if it will affect solderability. you could do solderability test by yourself or submit some for TI’s analysis through return portal return request submission form.

I don't know just from picture. From picture the color does be difference. I'm not sure if it will affect solderability. It's really difficult to know answer and reason from this picture. And it's our first time to see it.

We bought them from authorized distributor, below are the Lots. Can you forward your QC department and check if these pins are normal?

D/C2027+5    LOT: 0270260JCE
D/C2112+5    LOT: 1130549JCE

we checked lot information as below: 

2027 lot: 8/17/2020 ship to MACNICA CYTECH LIMITED. 2112 lot: 4/13/2021 ship to ECOMMERCE_1022_CN_B2B. 

Did you buy from those? 

QC engineer also checked this. They also don't know it.

How can your QC engineers not know these??  Your QC should checked parts again before you shipped parts out from TI factory.

Yes, we bought from them.  We've check other batch, the pins are also look like this.  

Is there anyway to figure out this issue?

Hi Linna, 

1. We contacted our factory and confirm that we have 100% inspection of lead before shipment. Once there is any abnormal such as dis-color, we don't ship out the products. 
2. about lot 1130549JCE, factory have some reject sample. And factory also checked again these sample. And their lead looks normal. please see below picture.
3. A simple summary, these two lots sample are no problem before shipment. You can check the solderability if you have a concern about it. Of course we also help you check if you need.
