Now I'm investigating defective products that don't shift to recharging.
It seems that the safety timer is working for 6 hours after the battery is fully charged with 5V supplied from DC IN.
See attached figure,
1. Charging is completed at the set value of 90mA, but the STAT pin does not open (Hi).
2. 6 hours after the start of charging, the STAT pin is opened, DC IN is disconnected, and VSYS is supplied from the battery.
As a result, even if the battery voltage drops, it cannot be recharged.
Do you think the above behavior is not normal?
What breaks the device and causes the above symptoms?
