Could we provide the calculation of Cin/Cout for customer? The datasheet only give the recommendation value of these.

Customer want to calculate it to figure out the Cin/Cout so as to calculate the tool cost.

Here is an app note that helps provide guidance on the input and output capacitor choice.

This provides general idea/guidance on how to select the appropriate solution.

Input and output capacitance is based on specific customer design needs and may change from datasheet recommendations.
