TPS784-Q1: Questions about Feedback resistor value

Part Number: TPS784-Q1

Hi,

I have a question about feedback resistor on TPS784-Q1.

I want to use the following four voltages: 3.0V, 2.8V, 1.8V, 1.2V

I calculated the resistor value through Equation 2, and I'm asking if there's any problem with using it as follows:

3.0V -> R1 : 30K, R2 : 20K

2.8V -> R1 : 20K, R2 : 15K

1.8V -> R1 : 10K, R2 : 20K

1.2V -> R1 : 0, R2 : 10K

Thank you.

  • Hi Geonwoo,

    There is no functional issue with the resistor values you have chosen. If quiescent current is a concern, you can use the relationship in Equation 3 to reduce the quiescent current without sacrificing output accuracy.
