The input voltage is 3.3V and the output is about 12.5V. The current startup inrush current is about 1.1a. How to reduce the startup Inrush current below 900mA?

Thank you for reaching out.

This device doesn't have soft-start function integrated.

If you want to reduce the startup inrush current, you can add external soft-start circuit like below picture:

Hi Sir,

You can use 100nF for C1, 100K for R3.

There is no golden number for these two components. You can tune the value and find the best value by observing the inrush current waveform.
