TLC6946: I have trouble with TLC6946: last LED is always on, problem is not with TLC5958 device

Hey there,

i have trouble like named above. I have an TLC6946 device in 1:4 MUX mode. I'm sending data and switch lines and LED's with LAT signal. Everything works fine and my display shows the correct information. Only the last LED from each LEDdriver is always on -> LED16, MUX-line 4.

I have no idea why. In other application i use the TLC59581, which is simply the same and i have no problem like this. Any idea?

I use an microcontroller to send LAT, DATA and CLK via 2 SPI's and an FPGA to send GCLK and line-switch signals.

I have an working solution for me, but no solution that is perfect: After sending all data, i send additional 16 bit 0 and then my problem is solved. But i don't know why!
