UCD9090A: How to convert register ADC value to actual number

Hi team,

My customer design UCD9090A in their system and they have question about convert ADC value to actual number about voltage and current.

could you provide equation to help my customer to calculate actual number?

ex: in system, they will read UCD9090A internal current register value but how to calculate real current value?
