Dear sir ,

i want to create a signal from Arduino  Due at  5MHZ  (a square wave ) 50% duty cycle to be connected to   fast gate controlled mosfet(NPN) to switch a load 12 volt 1 A   

any recommendation about this  NPN Mosfet. or updating for this idea like connecting a gate driver to Arduino for example , Please i need  your recommendation

    I would recommend LMG1020 or LMG1025 for your application.

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. We have a few options for N-channel FETs. I would recommend CSD15571Q2, 20V in 2x2mm SON package. Some other alternatives would be CSD17571Q2, 30V FET in 2x2mm SON or CSD16301Q2 25V in the same package. The CSD16301Q2 has the lowest internal gate resistance and gate-drain charge which should yield fast switching required for this type of application. You may want to test a few different parts to see which gives you the best switching performance
