Does TPS62912 support pre-bias start condition?

    John,

    The TPS62912 has an option to enable or disable the output discharge.  When the output discharge is enabled, the output will be pulled to GND and discharge the voltage at the output so a clean startup from GND can be done.  In many cases, this is the preferred method.  However, if you do not use the output discharge option, and have a pre-bias voltage at the output, the device will start up as well, such as when a fast enable/disable cycle happens and the output has not fallen to GND prior to the device being re-enabled.  If you have a specific use case that you are concerned about, please let me know if you have additional questions about it.
