TPS7H4001-SP: Figure 6-1 Y axis Vref Tolerance

Part Number: TPS7H4001-SP

Hi Team, seeking clarification.

It is showing from bottom to top 604.5, 604.5, 604.6, 604.6, 604.6, 604.6, 604.7, 604.7, 604.7, and 604.8.  Seems to be discrete and not linear. e.g at VIN from 3.75V to 5.25V , the Internal VREF Initial Tolerance is at 604.6V, is this correct?

Thank you.

-Mark

  • Hi Mark,

Yes, the graph could be improved by providing more significant digits on the y-axis labels.  The intent is to show the variation of initial VREF across the PVIN.  This graph is created from one device taken from a larger population and does not necessary represent the mean value of the total population.

Below are the stats on the internal VREF for the TPS7H4001-SP showing mean and sigmas for a larger population across PVIN, temperature, and 1000 hour, +125C, lifetesting.

  • Hi Christian,

Do we have trend data for the samples? For further analysis.

    Thank you very much.

  • Hi Mark,

The only additional data we have is the stats on the calculated drift by device for lifetest, HDR, and LDR.  Please see data below.
