Hello Guys,

Good day.

Do we have the following thermal information for CSD96497Q5MCT?

- Theta JC-top: thermal resistance junction to top of component

- Theta JC-bottom: thermal resistance junction to bottom of component

- Psi JT

- Psi Jb

- Maximum operating junction temperature (i.e not the absolute maximum junction temperature)

    Hi Art,

    The parameters I have are as below:

    - Theta JC-top: thermal resistance junction to top of component = 5.8 ºC/W

    - Theta JC-brd: thermal resistance junction to board =1 ºC/W (note: θJB is determined with the device mounted on a 1-in2 (6.45-cm2), 2-oz (0.071-mm) thick Cu pad on a 1.5-in × 1.5-in, 0.06-in (1.52-mm)thick FR4 board based on hottest board temperature within 1 mm of the package.)

    - Psi JT  Junction-to-top characterization parameter  =0.2 ºC/W

    Recommended operating junction temp range is between -40ºC to 125ºC. (abs. max junction temp is 150ºC)
