TPS794: thermal pad size of DGN package

Hi team,

What is the thermal pad size of TPS79418DGNT?

Datasheet say that there are two version for DGN package as 'DGN0008G' and 'DGN0008D', but I cannot find the comments which one is applied for TPS79418DGNT.

    Hi Takao,

    TPS794 is fabricated at multiple sites in multiple countries, so depending on where the parts you receive are sourced from you may get a different DGN variant. This is not something that is normally controllable for a customer. If you use the land pattern for the DGN0008G variant you can guarantee that both versions will fit on the footprint.
