TPS61500: OVP

Part Number: TPS61500

Hi,

I was hoping to get some help a few months back with OVP on the TPS61500. This issue is still unresolved and the thread has now been closed. Could someone help? The original enquiry was:

---

I'm finding the OVP voltage is incorrect.

I'm using values 1k1 and 10k for an output over-voltage limit of 12.4V. I'm seeing around 11.5V. If I measure the mid-point of the OVP potential divider, I see 1.14V which looks out of spec. If I increase the resistance to 11k and 100k, this improves - the output changes to 12.1V and mid-point 1.19V but this is still lower than the nominal set point.

Can you advise on why this is happening? I'd prefer the smaller resistor values for greater noise immunity.

---

I think the last question I had on this thread was whether the resistor accuracy was good enough - I'm using 1% for all resistors. What else might be going wrong here?

Many thanks
