Hi TI Expert,

I am using TPS55288RPMR For Below Specification

Input Voltage: 4.5 to 5.5V

Output Voltage:5V

Output Current: 4.5A

OCP Limit: 6A

Switching Frequency: 400kHz

My Question is For MOSFET Switches Instead of using two different MOSFET can use Half Bridge NexFET CSD87330Q3D

Hi,

You can use WEBENCH^® Designer TPS55288 to generate, analysis and export your design to your favorite CAD tools.

If the Half Bridge NexFET meet the requirement calculate by webench, I don't see any reason why you can't use it. It shouldn't have any different.
