Dears,

One of my customer is using the BQ21061 for a wearable device, and they want to have the status of Fast charger flag, seemed we do not have this status register? and if yes, is there a way to know the charger is in the fast charge state?

    Hi Jun,

    There is the CHRG_CV STAT bit that gives if the charger is in CV mode. There is another bit in STAT1 register BAT_UVLO_FAULT_STAT that tells if the battery is below the programmed BATUVLO threshold. 

    Although fast charge is when charging occurs when VBAT > VLOWV this is a good approximation for fast charge status.
