LM3478: Can a capacitor be added to the SD (Shut Down) pin of the device

To Whom it May Concern,

We would like to stop the LM3478 from powering on at board power on. Can we add a cap to the SD pin as shown in the picture attached to delay the LM3478 from turning on? And would this then affect the frequency setting of the device once the capacitor was charged?  Our FA resistor is 35.3K ohms.
