BQ25505: Can BQ25505 work without battery?

Hi, support team

My customer has the questions as follow:

VBAT_ PRI and VBAT_SEC without connecting any batteries,
VIN_DC is connected to a 1V 500uA solar panel.
Can VSTOR output 5.5V?
