BY my test ,TPS63070 is in boost mode. Vout has no output when the Vin< 2.7V. When Vin > 2.7V, Vout=3.3V

Did you test Vin=2.7V for startup? Vin should be at least 3V for startup and it could be down to 2V after startup.

Our design requires that the voltage can be boost to 3.3V when Vin = 2V. What do you recommend on that side? Thank you.

You need to make sure the Vin is higher than 3V when startup,or TPS63070 is not recommended. What input and output conditions do you need? It seems the voltage range is low and we can choose low Vin buck boost.

This design is applied to the laser rangefinder. The power supply adopts 1 or 2 lithium batteries. It is necessary to ensure that the equipment can work under Section 1 or 2.
So we needVin=2V-6V. Vout=3.3V

We don't have better device for the application. Other controller or two stage structure may be complex for the system. If there is other power rail in the system, customer can enable TPS63070 first and then connect Vin to battery and it will bring complexity in main control.
