GPCCHEM: No suitable ID selection available

Hi Team,

My customer tried GPCCHEM however the feedback is the following.


Does it show there is no suitable chemID and we should send the cell to TI to get chemID?
I attached config.txt and the log file (roomtemp_rel_dis_rel.csv) just in case.

    Hi Yaita,

    What battery chemistry and gauge are they using? I would recommend they redo their charge/discharge cycle and log file first. Please have them pay special attention to the different steps in battery chemistry. Based on the included log it looks like they might not have discharged all the way and did not let the battery relax long enough. I also noticed that the temperature changed a lot and ranged between 21.95-25.25C.

    Thank you for your clear explanation.
    It is a Li-ion battery and BQ27531-G1.
    I understand and will have my customer try to get a log again.
