EV2400: Compatibility with BQ20Z95

Hello Team,

My customer purchased the EV2400 and trying to use it to read and program the bq20Z95 that is in their battery pack. They do not see the bq20z95 in the list of supported targets. Is there one in the list that is compatible? Or is there an upgrade that I can do to the EV2400?

    Hi Renan,

    The EV2400 should work with the BQ20Z95 since it is backwards compatible with the EV2300.  The bigger question is whether the older bqEVSW that is used with bq20z95 will recognize the EV2400. I recommend they try downloading the "Support components to enable specific TI software (bqEVSW) to work with EV2400" from the EV2400 product page.
