LM3406HV: peak current limiting of device

Part Number: LM3406HV

Hi,

I am having a flickering problem in my led driver circuit where the supply voltage is 54V DC and the continuous led current is <1A. I think it is due to the peak current limiting feature of the LM5406HV. Because on the rising edges of some pulses of the PWM signal, the output voltage is cut for 100us and comes back. And the peak current limiting time is defined as 100us. An idea for a solution?
