LMR36015: Soft-start time @VIN=5V

Dear Team,

My customer uses the LMR36015A RNXR under VIN=5V +/-5% & Vout=3.3V conditions.
They want to understand variation of soft-start time, but there is not Min/Typ/Max parameters of internal soft-start time at timing requirements for VIN=5V +/-5% condition. That is for VIN=24V condition.
Could you let me know the Min/Typ/Max parameters of internal soft-start time for VIN=5V +/-5%?

Hi Koshi,

VIN=5V can generate VCC close to nominal 5V, so the SS time is similar to Vin=24V condition.

Hi Andy-san,

I think that there is voltage drop between VIN and internal VCC.
What is the minimum internal VCC voltage which has the similar soft-start time of VIN=24V condition?

Hi Koshi-san,

Vin should be >4.2V to guarantee VCC >rising UVLO 3.8V, in this case, Vin is higher than target 3.3V, so the soft start time is similar to 24V condition's
