Hi, team

When set output to 3.3V, Do I need to both connect FB to VDDA and VCCX to GND? Is VCCX to GND must have?

    hi, 

    For 3.3 V is feasible simply by connecting FB to VDDA ,VCCX is optional input for an external bias supply , in use of fix 3.3V output, tie VCCX to GND is must to have..

    please refer to datasheet section 9.2, and pin function table.
