Hi team,

May I know what is difference between TL431LIBQDBZRQ1 and ATL431LIBQDBZRQ1?

In ATL431LIBQDBZRQ1, it needs less Ika current 80uA compared with TL431LIBQDBZRQ1 6mA.

The reference voltage is also bit different, ATL431LIBQDBZRQ1 typical is 2.5V(2.487V~2.512V) and TL431LIBQDBZRQ1  typical is 2.495V(2.483V~2.507V)

Is there other difference?

    Hi,

    Here are the differences:

    - Imin (0.6mA) for TL431LI, Imin (0.08mA) for ATL431LI

    - Operating free-air temp range (Q grade = -40C to 125C, E grade = -40C to 150C) for TL431LI, (Q grade = -40C to 125C) for ATL431LI

    - Dynamic impedance (0.3 ohms typical for TL431LI), (0.65 ohms typical for ATL431LI)

    Also, the stability is different between the two devices.  The ATL431 seems to be a bit better in stability.  See below:
