I assume it's same as UCC27201A, TTL, but following shows CMOS

Hello,

Thank you for your question. It is the same as UCC27201A, TTL logic. For specific input voltage high, and input voltage low thresholds, you can refer to the VHIT and VLIT parameters in the Electrical Characteristics table in the device datasheet.

due to this parameter confuse my customer a lot

We did identified a few day ago that the product description mentions "CMOS input threshold" on ti.com. We are working with our digital marketing team to fix this. It should say "TTL input threshold".
