Could you please help confirm maximum start up time of TPS62065-Q1? In datasheet the typical value is 500us and no min and max value.

Hi Scarlett,

Unfortunately, there is no data for the min/max spec on start up as it is highly depend on input and enable ramp up.

May I know the concern here on customer application?

Hi Tanvee,

The EE is ADAS-AVM. Customer asks this out of OEM requirement to calculate max delay. I see from datasheet this spec is defined as active EN to 95% Vout. We only need to provide the tSTART value and customer will add the ramp time on their own. Can we provide the start-up time from IC perspective?

Hi Scarlett,

As I said earlier, it is not tested during device characterized that's the reason it is not simple to give accurate figure for maximum spec. According to device design, I would expect the start up time can vary up to ~10%. Customer can evaluate maximum spec accordingly.
