We are using TPS23841 IC in our design
We are powering on a VoIP Phone. Only some ports are working.
Voltage between P and N pin is 48V in all the ports
The ports which are working voltage between N pin and RET pins in 2ohms to 4 ohms
The ports which are not working voltage between N pin and RET pins in 20 kilo ohms to 35 Kilo ohms

Hi Gaurav, are you operating in auto mode or semi-auto mode? Have tried setting the PSE to either one? Also do you have schematic that we can review? Thanks!

We are using the device in Auto Mode. Schematic is attached. It contains PSE Conteroller and DC/DC Converter. We have 12V input to board and we are using a DC/DC Converter of 12V to 48V conversion. 3.3V required for PSE is generated by 12V input

Hi Gaurav,

Unfortunately, the link above is not working and i am unable to review the schematic.

Usually when an attachment is inserted, it would show as .pdf link instead of a https:// link.

The other option is that i have sent out a friend request and you should be able to send me the attachment by means of offline messaging as well. Thanks!
