Hi TI Team,
I'm applying BQ25600YFFR charger IC on a 6 layers board of an IOT product.
But I found there is no reference layout in the data sheet.
I'm hoping to have some more layout information in detail.
For example
1. The recommend via dimension and placement. (an example as figure below)
2. The recommend width and routing of signal and power trace.
Please get back to me if any information is needed.
