REF3425: REF3425T vs. REF3425

Part Number: REF3425

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

I plan to use the REF3425T for cost savings reason vs. the REF3425, since i do neither need Enable nor Out/GND force. Nevertheless i do not want to miss the option of loading the REF3425 on the same board, in case the T-Version is not available for any reasons. In Figures 12-1 and 12-2 of the datasheet you show the different connections. On the REF3425T all NCs are connected to GND.

My question is: In order to be layout-compatible to the REF3425, can the REF3425T alternatively be connected as shown in Figure 12-1? That is: NC (Pin 1) to Pin 2, NC (Pin 3) to Pin 4 (always enabled), NC (Pin 5) to Pin 6.

Could there be any disadvantages (e.g. performance-wise) doing so?  As mentioned, neither force nor enable are required.

Thanks and best regards!
