LM3150: LM3150 any good ?

Part Number: LM3150

Hi,

I tried to implement a LM3150 from the webench simulator.

   8103.WBDesign19.pdf

after killing 10xLM3150 i gave up. I had two PCB working temporary

    mod_19v_revB.zip

the LM3150 was getting always hot and where doing a peeping noise  and the output voltage was 15.4v and  one the other one 19v was always pulsing up to 24v after a few seconds. When i put load on the same behavior. After a few on and off switches they always died. I am wondering if this LM3150 are any good. Especially when they are always out of stock. We used exactly the parts from the webench.

Is this a difficult part or are we to stupid to implement a one 2 one copy of the demo board ?

Open for any input.

cheers

Michael
