BQ77915: minimum RSNS

Hello Experts,

Would you please tell a minimum value of RSNS? According to datasheet, it is 1mohm(typ) and also the datasheet stated "Current sense resistor for current protection. System designers should change this parameter according to the application current protection requirement." So customer would like to know the minimum value. (for example, less than 0.85mohm is acceptable?)

    Hi Fujiwara-san,

    Yes, 0.85 mOhm is acceptable. The current protections are based on the voltage across the SRP/SRN pins, so the sense resistor can be adjusted to a lower value if you have higher currents in your system.
