Hi,  What will be your recommendation for direct parts replacement for TPS27081ADDCR? 

We cannot buy due to stock issues and long lead time.

    Hello Jayson,

    We do not have any other SOT-23-THIN packaged devices, and other similar functionality devices are also out of stock. If you navigate to our load switch product folder on TI you can search by devices that are in stock but again, there aren't any direct replacements.

    Thanks for your reply.  unfortunately, I didn't intercept this stock issue. The PCB is already ready for PCBA and we are having trouble buying this component that compromises our development.  

    But nevertheless, Thanks anyway for the quick reply.
