Most of the 48V reference designs available the TI Reference Design Library are telecom (non-automotive) so please keep this in mind. Here are a few isolated designs:

PMP40500 is a 54 V input, 12V, 540W half-bridge. Uses LM5036 which is non-auto but LM25037-Q1 and UC2825A-Q1 are TI, AEC-Q100 half-bridge controllers that could be functionally equivalent.

PMP6720 is a 48 V input, 14V, 280W, PSFB  using UCC28950 which comes in UCC28950-Q1 AEC-Q100 version.

PMP4435 is 48V input, 300W, 1/8 brick module, hard switched full bridge using GaN but uses UCD which is more than likely not going to be accepted in auto

For 48-V input, the hard switched bridge topologies are favored since the circulating primary current required for ZVS in a PSFB negates the ZVS benefit at low voltage. However, we do not have a AEC-Q100 hard switched full-bridge controller but here is the list of AEC-Q100 half-bridge/push-pull controller
