UCC27425: Exposed thermal pad dimension

Hi E2E,

What is the correct exposed thermal pad dimension for UCC27425 HVSSOP (DGN)? In the datasheet, there are two package drawings, for DGN0008D the pad size is 1.89x1.57, while for DGN0008G, the pad is 2.15x1.846, which is correct?

    As you said, there are differences between the DGN0008D and the DGN0008G.  The reason for these small dimensional differences between thermal pads is because this part is/was manufactured at two different sites.  So, depending what site your parts were sourced from, will dictate what drawings to use.
