Hi Team,

Could you please help to simulate the rise time data at below condition? Thanks.

VIN = 3.3V

VBIAS = 3.3V

CT = 220pF

Cin = 1uF

CL = 1uF

RL = 10 ohm

Hello Hardy,

I will test this and get back to you by EOD 9/14; however, it should be fairly close to the table listed in the datasheet but with a small variation due to 3.3v on VBIAS.

The table below includes the timing data from your conditions on the EVM on a lab bench:

If you would like a simulation please let me know; however, the turn around time for simulations is typically 6 weeks.

Thanks for your information.

If customer would like to let rise time < 500us, is using 0.1uF CL the easiest method?

Because using 5VBIAS that need to change layout. Or, do you have better suggestion?

Hello Hardy,

You could place a low capacitance on the CT pin (floating 0 pF - 100 pF). That CL capacitor won't have a large effect on the rise time.
