I would like to OR 2 power sources (each are 9 to 20V). Both can be present at the same time, or not. In case both power are available, I want to prioritize one power. The datasheet shows a schematic for that purpose but without UVLO function. Is there a simple solution to keep UVLO function, adding only a few discrete devices?

I think you are talking about priority power muxing as you want to prioritize one supply. Please refer datasheet section 8.4 and let me know if you have any question.\

I have already seen that but using this solution, there is no OVLO function (sorry for the mistake in my first post, I did mention UVLO instead of OVLO).
I am thinking about using a small N-MOS, driven by the PG of the circuit 1, and shorting the EN of circuit 2 to ground :

That can work. But PG will go low in these conditions. So when these events happen on primary the auxiliary will come up. Is this fine?
