why set 2 NMOS in series at the high side of TPS61261?
Refer to datasheet, My understanding is that:
1.The R-on resistance of the right-NOMS play the role of Current sampling resistor, so the right-NMOS is common high side switch
1.The left-NOMS play the role of LDO, so when VIN is too large, the left-NOM can share some voltage from VIN
