Part Number: UCC21530-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC21759-Q1, UCC21750, UCC21739-Q1, UCC21732-Q1, ISO5851, ISO5851-Q1, ISO5852S-EP, ISO5852S-Q1, UCC21710, ISO5852S, UCC21710-Q1, UCC21732, UCC21736-Q1, UCC21750-Q1, UCC5390, UCC21520, UCC21540A-Q1, UCC23313-Q1, UCC23313, UCC23513, UCC23511, UCC5320, UCC5310, UCC23511-Q1, UCC21540A, UCC21530, UCC23514, UCC5304, UCC5390-Q1, UCC23513-Q1, UCC5350, UCC21542

Hi team,

We are evaluating the UCC21530-Q1.

We want to know how to add desaturation detection in drivers that don't include it.  Any recommended circuit?

We understand that devices like ISO5851, ISO5852S-Q1, ISO5852S-EP, ISO5852S, ISO5851-Q1, and UCC21710, UCC21710-Q1, UCC21732, UCC21732-Q1, UCC21736-Q1, UCC21739-Q1, UCC21750, UCC21750-Q1, UCC21759-Q1 already include this functionality.

However, we would like to add to other gate drivers that don't include it like UCC5310, UCC5320, UCC5350, UCC5390, UCC23513, UCC23511, UCC23313, UCC21520, UCC21530, UCC23313-Q1, UCC23511-Q1, UCC23513-Q1, UCC21542, UCC21540A-Q1, UCC23514, UCC5304, UCC5390-Q1, and UCC21540A.

Best regards,

Gabriel
